Working Holidays at Vale da Cegonha
We can offer you free accommodation for a week, plus lunch and supper for 5 days, in exchange for 20 hours of your time, between November and Easter.
Working hours and days are flexible and can be arranged to suit you:
- 4 hours per day for 5 days
- 5 hours per day for 4 days
- 7 hours per day for 2 days, plus 6 hours on a third day
The choice is yours.
The work available is very varied and will depend on your skills and abilities as well as the weather conditions.
They can include:
- Building and carpentry, both internal and external
- Land and ditch clearing
- Track maintenance
- Tree planting, light gardening and planting
- Vegetable planting and harvesting
- Interior and exterior painting
- Interior refurbishment
- Sewing and mending
